Creating an account on My City Connected

Welcome to the My City Connected landing page. Let's get started signing up!

To create your account, start by entering your email address.

Next enter your invite code. This code can be obtained from any merchant that is a member of the My City Connected platform. If you do not have an invite code from a local vendor, you can use the following site code that is sent out with invitations from site members. Here is the code: SI96c8553

Now, let's choose a password. The password **MUST ** contain a minimum of 6 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, and 1 special character. Be sure to type the same password in the "Password Again" box below the instructions.

In the "Profile Address" box enter your name or whatever you want as long as it is all lowercase lettering with no spaces. This will be the end of your profile link.

Now choose your "Profile Type". Regular users choose "Community Member". If you own a business and would like to have your store in the My City Connected Marketplace, then choose "Business Member". If you plan on starting a business you may choose Business Member, but you will not be able to open your store until you have obtained and have proof of a valid business license.

Choose your time zone.

Complete the profile information on this page. NOTE: This example shows information a "Community Member" would fill out. If you chose "Business Member" there will be more information required in reference to your business. Fill this page out and then click "save".

Now upload a profile picture and save the photo.

You have completed the signup process. Check your email for a verification email. CLick the link in the email and then you'll be able to login! Be sure to check your spam box for the verifiaction email and mark the email as "Not spam" for future emails.
